...So, it's time to start a blog to keep myself accountable and motivated regarding fitness. I've made some majorly positive changes in 2013:
I work out with my trainer 2x/week and work out in the gym every other day. I take the weekends off for now, but that is soon changing. I have learned that I can jog a bit and that I'm pretty darn flexible....and that I have a waistline! (Who knew?)
So, I'm sure nobody will read this as I don't intend to give the address out, but I'm here and will keep on truckin'.....
